		<description>How is volunteerism working there?  I can only imagine that it has the potential to be big -- as it sounds like the school is depending upon the whole community (contributing time and lending resources) in educating the children.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t agree completely with your observations about Paarl. If you had done some research, you would have realised that quite a few of the &quot;wealthy&quot; wine farms and estates have programs in place for upliftment of their workers, housing projects, schooling and also the chance to share in profits. Wine farms realise that their workers is part of their wealth and look after them accordingly. Please contact farms like Fairview, Seidelberg and even some of the smaller ones, and you will find out all that they are doing a great job. Granted, you do get the odd one who is till living in the past but they are in the minority.</description>
